Sean O'loughlin

Emergency Australia

Sean is a sessional academic and associate researcher in simulations, training, and the human stress response at Griffith University.

Sean was a Section Commander in the 1st Battalion of the Royal Australian Regiment operating in remote locations across Australia, the Middle East, and the Asia Pacific region.

Sean is a degree qualified Registered Paramedic with domestic and international experience including humanitarian operations during the Syrian refugee crisis.

 

Sean’s company was the 2020 Winner of the Prime Minister's Veterans' Employment Awards - Employer of the Year.

Sean designed and built the High Fidelity Training and Simulation Centre in Brisbane, Australia. It is the flagship simulation centre for tactical medical simulation training in the Southern Hemisphere.

Paul Cale

Kinetic Fighting

Paul has been involved with the Australian Army for 30 years, as both a soldier and preferred contractor. For most of his service, Paul was a member of the Special Forces (SF), serving in the 1st Commando Regiment and 4RAR Commando before he became a founding member of the 2nd Commando Regiment (2CDO) in 2009.

As a Commando, Paul was deployed five times on combat tours to Afghanistan and Iraq, and at home served as a team leader in the Tactical Assault Group, Australia’s elite anti-terror unit.

Paul now provides unrivalled training and experiences for executives and businesses that provide a brief insight into the secretive world of the Australian Special Forces.

Luke Gillam

ReeGill Stunts

Luke is the principal stunt coordinator to introduce film special effects to the training space within the Australian Defence Force, simulating realism through high fidelity training.

Professional safety, stunt, and role player coordinator across weapons training, car hits, high falls, wire work, fire burns, abseiling, fight choreography and driving.

Luke Gillam has gone on to stunt coordinate multiple films and now owns and operates Brisbane’s premier stunt training facility located at Australia’s 3rd largest film studio.

Luke and his team are dedicated to improving the safety standards of high-risk acts within the entertainment and training industry.

Luke has 8 years as a Rifleman in 41st RNSWR and 5th Royal Australian Regiment with deployments to the Solomon Islands and Afghanistan.
